Haptic massage stems from haptonomy and means something like the art of touch. A haptic massage is meant to accentuate areas that ask for attention, so the receiver can feel what is going on on a more subtle level. Like all other massages I apply, here goes the same premise that by not wanting to change a thing, transformation can occur. There is room for fysical tension, emotions, thoughts, energy flows and associations. It is a very slow massage, so you can sink into a deeper layer of consciousness and whatever is relevant can come up for you. A haptic massage makes you mindful of the things you normally would just pass by.
